Oh hells ya - just three more days now before we head on up to the SNOB Film Festival! I'm getting excited now - I know that Skinde's been taking on some serious blog action lately to make up for my shortcomings... but now that it's just about here I can almost taste it. Amazingly enough it tastes like local brew!
Now I know we're a little over the top (I know I know, really?) when it comes to our drinks - yes, we talk up a big storm about being professionals here, but it really is a great enjoyment. The fact that SNOB is going to be kicking festivities off with local food and brew tasting is excellent - and it shows they know their audience (clearly!).
We also truly appreciate the time and effort every film maker puts into a film. Having been through different parts of the process ourselves - just a fraction of the effort that actually goes in - I can tell those of you who are NOT film makers it is a monumental undertaking... and that's when you have millions to work with. Many of these people have scraped and borrowed to realize their story on screen - and I can assure you that while we poke fun and make light of many storylines, we respect each artist's time and effort... and once we've had an opportunity to view their work, THEN we can take an official dump on it.
Come on, you didn't think the ENTIRE blog was going to be that formal, did you?
There's still time to get tickets!
Well Fat and Skinde have done it again - We ran the Wason Pond Pounder, and this year we did it TWICE! [FLV:0036_Wason2012.
OFFICIAL REVIEW: The Hunger Games
On a whim I decided to go to the movies last night. As I browsed Fandango looking for something to watch, I noticed the overwhelming amount of press that The Hunger Games was getting.
It's been forever since we posted anything on here, so here's what we did over the past weekend. We ran a race! No, seriously, we ran a race.
NH Brewers Festival, We're Going!
Fat and I are heading off to the Southern NH Brewers Festival, hosted by White Birch Brewing. As VIP's (The only way we roll) we will have a meet and greet with all the brewers, dinner, music and of course beer tasting by all the craft brewers in the southern NH area.
