I'm convinced there has to be a town, province or county in Utah called Fail.

I made some wine this past December, which was the other part of my wife's Christmas present (to go along with shattered wine glasses) and after a successful first batch made from a kit, I decided to venture out and try again, this time without a kit.

I just ordered some supplies (and by just I mean a week ago) from an online wine making supply company.  There website is a bit clunky and kind of all over the place as far as online shopping goes, but I liked what they had and their prices so I shopped there anyway.

I just now received my shipping number (for FedEx ground) which points to a link that goes to USPS.com, not FedEx.  Naturally there's no record in USPS, so I went over to FedEx.com and entered it.  Nothing.  Haha, so apparently it's shipped, yet not shipped.  I decided to look and see where my package was being shipped from...

Ogden, Utah.  Now what struck me first as funny was that a state that has such crazy alcohol laws has a shop (*they have a store-front) that sells wine making supplies.  It then all clicked - the clunky website, the weird checkout process and the Fail-tracking... Oh Utah!  Utah and the internet are apparently kind of like a baby taking it's first steps.  You keep hoping that little one will make it across the room and oops!  bonk!  right on the floor!  Try again little Utah, you'll make it soon!
