Checked in for flight - check.

Checked bags in - check.

Printed boarding passes - check.

Aside from putting everything into a nice folder and packing my clothes, I think I'm ready to go!  The day is finally here!  Well technically it doesn't arrive until tomorrow but since we aren't going to sleep this evening it's close enough!  22 hours, holy crap!! It's been a rough couple of weeks between work and the kids going stir-crazy... so that beer is going to taste extra good over the course of the next 5 days!

I'm trying to decide what I should bring as far as resources to have on-hand for editing and blogging.  Naturally we want to spend more time seeing, eating and drinking and as little time having to edit/manage websites - I've got a 2TB external drive I think I'm going to throw anything I can think of on and pack it with my laptop.  Skinde will be responsible for all filming and editing this year, so that makes my life REAL easy - I'll have my camera for an alternate point of view for later release on DVD (or perhaps once we get back) :)

Okay, I have a few loose ends to take care of and then it's time to pack!
